about total movement
Total Movement is a place where you can leave whatever is holding you down at the door. The hardest part is getting the first step through that door. We love seeing the growth in our clients not only physically, but mentally; that extra rep or meter they achieved they didn’t think they could. No matter your age or fitness level there is something beneficial to you.
